Law & Order: Real Estate Unit!

Playing Detective Elliot Stabler has really paid off for Christopher Meloni.

According to the New York Post, the “Law & Order: Organized Crime” star has just doled out $5.35 million on three separate condos that will make up a full floor of a condo building in the heart of the West Village in New York City.

Let’s just hope he doesn’t bring his character’s work home with him to those shmancy pads. God knows he hasn’t let it affect his pecs!

Interview magazine recently offered a number of impressive photos of him doing his workout thing -- at age 60! Internet memes have of course already appeared, with many crowning Meloni the latest Internet “zaddy.”

Despite all this recent winning, Meloni retains a semblance of humorous humility.

“I’ve been blessed with glutes that have an attractive shape. But I have a trainer, and we’re going through bodybuilding phases, and where everyone kind of caught me was that I’d been preparing for one year in a very high-intensity weight training program that actually focused on legs," he told the outlet.

"So I guess you could argue that the glute-peeping public are now reaping the benefits of all that hard work.”

So we can assume there is a gym room in at least one of those condos. From the determined look on Meloni’s mug in those Interview pics, there better be.
