Dennis Quaid is a married man again.
The 66-year-old secretly eloped with fiancée Laura Savoie, 27, earlier this month.
According to People, the couple tied the knot on June 2nd in Santa Barbara, California.
“It was beautiful,” Quaid told the outlet. "Just looking into her eyes, she was the most stunning bride.”
“The Parent Trap” actor had planned to walk down the aisle with the doctoral student during a destination wedding in Hawaii in April, with another reception planned in Nashville.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, they were forced to postpone the ceremony. In keeping with safety protocols, the couple wed with only their pastor present.
After getting engaged in October, Quaid defended the couple’s nearly forty year age-difference.
"I didn't go out looking for an age gap or someone really younger than me," he explained to The Guardian.
"I met her at a business event and then the relationship developed. You have no control over who you fall in love with. I don't fall in love easy. But I can't let what a few people think control all that.”
The fourth time may be the charm as Quaid said he is confident Savoie, who is a Ph.D. student at the University of Texas, is who he’s meant to end up with for good.
“I've been married three times and this is the final one, I know it is. I feel like I have a real partner in life,” the “Far From Heaven” star said.
Quaid was previously married to “Halloween” actress P.J. Soles from 1978 to 1983. Years later, he wed Meg Ryan in 1991. The former couple share a son, Jack, who is a few months older than Savoie.
In 2004, he married his third wife Kimberly Buffington, with whom he shares 12-year-old twins Thomas and Zoe. They finalized their divorce in 2018.
