Gwyneth Paltrow has had many hair transformations throughout the years, but one of the most memorable 'dos was her matching hairstyle with Brad Pitt in 1997.
"Awww, matching haircuts!" the 48-year-old said, seeing a photo from the event. In the photo, Paltrow and Pitt rock short choppy hairstyles with bleach blonde highlights and swooping side parts. The former flames even match a bit in their wardrobe, clad in matching black blazers.
Paltrow not only agreed that their appearances looked extremely similar in the photo but even admitted that the two went to the same celebrity hairstylist just before the event.
"Chris McMillan cut both of our hair like this," she explained.
Keating later joked with the star, saying that she should call Pitt and ask for his opinion on the style. "No! Why would we call him?!" the actress exclaimed. "Nobody asked me about calling Brad Pitt!"
Paltrow later talked about a time she embraced a darker hairstyle for a role in the film “Bounce,” saying that her natural blonde hair “took a beating” at the time.
"It was actually a lot worse when I started to try to go back to blond," she explained. She went on to describe a crimped blonde look from the 2000 SAG Awards.
"We were going for a beachy, wrecked hair vibe," she said. "I wouldn't do this again."
Paltrow and Pitt started dating in 1994 and later got engaged, but never married. The two broke up in 1997.
