John Travolta just made a profit! The actor and his wife Kelly Preston have secretly sold their longtime home.
Their estate can be found in the prestigious Los Angeles neighborhood of Brentwood for $18 million, the L.A. Times reported.
The new owner, record executive Scooter Braun, just so happens to be Travolta’s next-door neighbor. Records obtained by the L.A. Times show that Travolta bought the estate back in 1997 for about $3.5 million.
The Spanish style mansion is 9,100 square feet with 10 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. It has a guardhouse with two garages and other structures on the facility.
Of the home's 10 bedrooms, four are master suites, and on site, there is also a screening room. Outside, the property is surrounded by many trees and landscaping. Also on the facility, there is a swimming pool, tree house, playground, lawn, dining patios and a deck with canyon views.
Back in December, Olivia Newton-John gushed about her "Grease" co-star. The 71-year-old actress spoke on the strong connection that she still feels with Travolta.
“We just have a connection, he's a wonderful human being,” Newton-John said.
The feeling is also mutual for Travolta as he shared words of admiration and commented about her strength and perseverance in an ongoing battle with stage 4 cancer.
