Kate Middleton is always open to trying something new.
Middleton participated in many physical activities, which included showing off some karate moves. She watched a taekwondo demonstration by Olympian Lutalo Muhammad and fighter Mia Pachansky.
She even took a few pointers from the pros, learning how to throw a reverse punch. SportsAid posted the video on their official Twitter page.
She also brushed up her track and field skills while learning about ParalympicsGB's plans for the 2020 Games in Tokyo.
Middleton discussed the importance about the impact of the organization and how it supports young athletes.
"The crucial role that parents and caregivers play in our children's lives cannot be underestimated," she said at one point. "For all of you here, you go, and have gone, above and beyond the call of duty; you've committed your time and devotion to nurturing your children's exceptional talents. And, as a parent, I have a huge admiration for you, and I know just how complex and time consuming your role is."
The royal mother has been a patron of the organization since 2013.
