This National Kool-Aid Day is shaping up to be the best one yet. Oh yeah? Oh Yeah!
We were so busy celebrating National Book Lovers Day and National Rice Pudding Day, that we completely forgot to celebrate our big red friend. The day has actually been in observance for over 20 years, but this year they are going big.
The wall-busting drink has used Cameo, the celebrity video shoutout service, to enlist some of our favorite people of all time to sing an amazing earworm that will be a part of your weekend for better or worse.
Flavor Flav, Raven-Symone, Sisqó, Ryan Cabrera, Carson Kressley, Ginger Minj, and more all sing along to “Oh Yeah!,” an ode to the Big Red Jug that’s been bursting through walls and into our hearts for years. Your dream of a Flavor Flav and Sisqó collab has come true, you deserve a tall glass of awesome.
In addition to assembling an Avengers-level cast of crooners, The Kool-Aid Man is joining Cameo for his own set of shoutouts, recording personalized video messages for fans. He’s the first brand mascot to join the service. Your move Pillsbury Doughboy.
You can check him out here.
Cameo launched in 2017, allowing fans to get personal video messages from their favorite celebrities, for a price. For just 500 dollars, former Cowboys QB Troy Aikman could say “hey” to you and your friends. Or treat yourself to a “hello” from Charlie Sheen for just 550 dollars. Winning.
You can find the full roster of celebrities on Cameo here.
