Luke Perry's Home Reportedly Handed Over to His Children

Luke Perry’s home has reportedly been given to his children.

The “Riverdale” star who died from a stroke left assets to his son Jack and daughter Sophie, including his home in Los Angeles, which has now been officially turned over to his children.

According to legal documents obtained by The Blast, his son Jack and daughter Sophie have a 50 per cent interest in the late actor's home “in accordance with the Luke Perry Revocable Trust." The house has been transferred into their names and recorded with the Los Angeles County.

The Blast reported that the “traditional house” has three bedrooms and bathrooms, as well as a 90-foot-wide rear garden. The living room has hardwood floors and a fireplace, with a second one in the den, which has French doors that leads to an outdoor space.

Perry also owns a farm in Tennessee. Last week both Sophie and Jack paid tribute to their father on his birthday. Perry would have been 53.

Sophie took to Instagram to share a funny picture of her dad, who she joked was a “fashion icon.”

Perry died on Monday, March 4, 2019, just several days after he was hospitalized following a massive stroke.

Just last week the season 4 premiere of “Riverdale” paid homage to its late star and his character Fred Andrews. The clip begins with an aerial shot of the funeral as Betty (Lili Reinhart) and Jughead (Cole Sprouse) place roses on Fred’s casket. It flashes to Betty saying, “he was a father to all of us,” followed by a heart-wrench clip of his son Archie (KJ Apa) falling to his knees inside Pop’s diner.
