Prince William Mistakes Childhood Photo of Himself for Princess Charlotte

Princess Charlotte isn't the only one who's cute as a cupcake.

Prince William was befuddled when he mistook a picture of himself for his daughter Princess Charlotte.

The moment occurred when the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge were presented with cupcakes decorated with pictures of their family on a visit to Khidmat Centre in Bradford, reports Daily Mail UK.

“Is that me? Or is that Charlotte? Is that me?” Prince William was heard as saying.

“Oh my goodness that looks just like Charlotte, that is incredible," he continued.

Baker Siama Ali of Cup Caker Bradford prepared the collection of cupcakes and cakes documenting the couple’s love story. The royal treats were adorned with gold edible frames on them.

Ali posted a photo from the afternoon with the caption, “Will never forget their reactions😍😍 loved every second and was a honour to meet them. Kate shook my hand twice❤️ the top tier and all framed cupcakes were packed for them to take. What a honour🙈thank you to everyone for their love & support I cannot explain how I feel at the moment.”

The cupcake that had Prince William perplexed was a picture of himself at Buckmore Park Playscape in 1992 when he was just 10 years old.

Royal fans have noticed the similarities between the Duke of Cambridge and his daughter Charlotte before. Back in October, a Twitter user made a collage showing their llikeness.

"Princess Charlotte is her Papa's mini me," the tweet was captioned.
