Salma Hayek enjoyed some mother-daughter bonding at the "Eternals" premiere.
The ravishing 55-year-old star -- who is usually somewhat averse to putting her mini-me 14-year-old daughter Valentina in the Hollywood spotlight -- brought her along this time as her accompaniment at the film's premiere in Los Angeles.
It was one of the most star-studded red carpets so far this fall film season -- for one of the year's most anticipated films. Hayek's "Eternals" costar, Angelina Jolie, also made it a family night bringing 5 of her 6 children to the gala.
Hayek sauntered down the aisle in a chic and plunging black dress with gold trim. Valentina was just as stylish, standing next to mom in a black minidress with white polka dots, and black tights.
Hayek shares Valentina with her French billionaire husband, François-Henri Pinault. They married on Valentine’s Day in 2009, nearly two years after welcoming their daughter.
The last time the two were seen at such a soiree was at Milan Fashion Week in February 2019.
While Hayek seems protective of her child, she nonetheless feels Valentina could have a future in the glare of the paparazzi. As far back as 2015, Hayek claimed her daughter was a natural actor.
Oh, and in case you were wondering, Hayek seemed to have cleaned all the birthday cake off her face from that wacky birthday party she had with Jolie a few weeks back.
Fans can watch Hayek and Jolie portray immortal, superpowered aliens when “Eternals” hits theaters on November 5.
