"Saved by the Bell" stars Tiffani Thiessen and Mark-Paul Gosselaar are flexing on their longstanding friendship by being there for each other while social distancing amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Gosselaar turned to his former costar while in self-isolation, hoping for a few eggs to up his dwindling supply. The actor took to Instagram with a brief video, saying, "Here's the deal, I ran out of eggs, and I called a friend of mine who has chickens and I said, 'Hey, can you help me out?' So she left me a few," he explains.
Thiessen seems to be the friend in question as Gosselaar showed off a handwritten note from the whole family.
"So here I am picking up this nice little gift. Look at that. How cool is that?" he continued.
Thiessen took to her own Instagram, showing herself dropping the eggs off at Gosselaar's home using her stories feature. "Giving some nice friends some eggs," she said in the video. "But you know, can't be near each other, so I gotta drop these off."
The star went on to explain how she's been vigilant in not seeing any friends and maintaining her socially distant lifestyle amid coronavirus concerns. "I'm going to do my part. I'm going to stay indoors, right? For my family, for all the people I love, So, MP, they're here," she said. "They're waiting for you out here. I'm gonna go back inside."
As a thank you for the eggs, Gosselaar left a few bottles of Duvel for Thiessen.
