Jason Momoa, who turns 41 today, likes to get dirty.
The “Game of Thrones” star bared his muscular physique in a series of snaps taken after riding a dune buggy and getting covered in mud.
In one shot, Momoa flashed a big smile as a man washed off the grime with a hose. Next, he flaunted his bulging pecs and biceps as they glistened from being doused with the cleansing water.
Momoa then posed on top of a dune buggy, and is later seen completely covered in mud from his apparent hijinks while driving the vehicle.
He captioned the images, “hard to explain this one. but i had an amazing day. now i need a dune buggy.” Momoa finished by teasing his upcoming film project, adding, “dune coming soon aloha j.”
The action star is set to play Duncan Idaho in the remake of the 1984 film “Dune.”
Helmed by “Blade Runner 2049” director Denis Villeneuve, the update also stars Timothée Chalamet, Oscar Isaac, Rebecca Hall, Josh Brolin, Zendaya, Dave Bautista and Javier Bardem.
Assuming it’s not pushed back due to the ongoing coronavirus pandemic, “Dune” is scheduled to be released on December 18, 2020.
Last month, it was also revealed the “Aquaman” star would be inhabiting a much chillier role.
Momoa has been cast to voice the part of Frosty the Snowman in a live-action adaptation of the holiday classic.
In addition, he will perform Frosty's actions and movements through the magic of CGI.
The film's premiere date, or any additional casting, have yet to be announced.
In the meantime, Happy Birthday, Jason!
