Jennifer Aniston turned 51 years old on Monday.
To celebrate the "Friends" vet's birthday, E! News shared the star's first interview with the network, a sit-down in which she discussed her budding career with her dad, actor John Aniston.
The clip aired in 1990, four years before her debut on the hit NBC sitcom that would propel her to primetime fame.
In the video, Aniston's father, a soap opera actor, glowed about his daughter's innate instincts.
“Jennifer is a natural talent,” the "Days of Our Lives" star said while the young actress put her hand over her heart and smiled. “There are certain things you can learn in this business, and there are certain things you can’t learn. The comic instinct that she has in unerring. That’s her greatest asset.”
In the clip, the pre-"Friends" Aniston is demurely confident, admitting she was unable to ignore her curiosity and inclination toward acting.
“As I got older, I realized I could make a living at this,” the actress said in the interview.
Just recently, the actress channeled her latest character from "The Morning Show" and guest hosted “The Ellen DeGeneres Show.”
Aniston expressed how happy she was to be on set while deliver jokes during her opening monologue. The first guest Aniston interviewed was Will Ferrell.
Aniston also interviewed Selena Gomez about her new album "Rare." While they continued to talk, Gomez mentioned that she was obsessed with "Friends."
