Fabolous 'Verzuz' Jadakiss in New York’s Finest Battle

The two link up for battle of boroughs

Last night more than more than 200,000 viewers tuned in to the much anticipated Verzuz battle between Fabulous and Jadakiss.

As per usual the night was filled with good music, celebration, and technical difficulties. After about a half-hour delay, Kiss popped things off with his feature on DMX's “Blackout.” But ultimately it was Fab who came out the gate swinging dropping his appearance on Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III jointYou Ain't Got Nuthin.”

And that was just round one, with careers that span over two decades each, the New York rappers dug into their catalogs and played a mixed selection of songs that did not disappoint.

The former collaborators have an arsenal of songs together, but Fab waited until round 10 to drop a joint track and it came as a bit of a surprises to both us and Jadakiss. Choosing to go with their feature on Jeezy’s record “OJ,” interesting…. Sir, four words, Friday on Elm Street.

As the night went on were not sure what we enjoyed more, the music, winded Fabby performing along with every track or Slaydakiss admitting to being “a little bit intoxicated” and entertaining us with tipsy quips before, after and sometimes in the middle of each song.

We’re going with all three. If you didn’t have a chance to watch last night, peep the tail end of the battle below (technical difficulties remember).
