Now that lockdown is over in most American states, Ariana and James are here to inform us that it’s time for bottomless mimosas and in-person meetings (not at the same time - or actually… do as you please).

The video begins with a joyful Corden appearing on a New York street set in his bathrobe. “Oh, oh oh! Woke up today, feeling okay, this is new,” Corden croons. “Got the vaccine and it’s been two weeks. There’s life in the streets! Hot people at brunch, and I’ve got a hunch, mimosas are gonna be bottomless. Oh, oh, oh! Turning off Zoom, after 16 long months stuck on mute.”

The show host proceeds to turn off Zoom and shave his massive matted beard. Continuing in celebration and then gives a shout out to ”our favorite MD,” immunologist Anthony Fauci.

Grande, who played Penny Pingleton in NBC's Hairspray Live!, shows up after a haircut. Singing “Oh oh Oh! Look at my hair, I’m no longer scared to have it cut,” she then lifts some weights while effortlessly slaying every note. “Say hi on the street, air kiss on the cheek, it’s been so long since I put on my shoes. So oh, oh, let's hit the club, or get drunk and get matching tattoos,” Ari sings along with very special guest. Hairspray alum and Tony-winner Marissa Jaret Winokur, who originated the lead role of Tracy Turnblad on Broadway.

There are requisite jokes about sweatpants and returning to the gym, a Bridgerton reference, and a quick exchange between Ari and James questioning the meaning of NFT (rightfully so). But most important is the run Grande probably wakes up doing, while singing to remind us all that you’ll be free to “make new memories,” but only “once you’ve got the vaccine.”

Join the celebration (because now we actually can) and watch the full video of Corden, Grande, and Winokur performing "No Lockdowns Anymore" above.
