After-parties come in all shapes and sizes and lighting, and the 2020 GRAMMY Awards were no different. After music’s biggest night came to a close, artists broke off into several extravagant adventures, with spots all over town hosting music superstars and industry titans.
For Dua Lipa, Lizzo, and Rosalía, the party eventually moved to the strip club, as video surfaced of last year’s Best New Artist winner making it rain on a few twerking employees of the establishment.
The clip shared on Lizzo’s Instagram story was met with some disapproving of the trip, calling out Lipa for “sexualizing women.” Shortly after the hashtag #duallipaisoverparty started trending, but detractors were quickly replaced by supporters.
Lipa attended the 2020 GRAMMY Awards, joined on stage by Alicia Keys to present Billie Eilish with this year’s Best New Artist award. Dua Lipa’s second studio album is due out this year, and before the show she gave us a Future Nostalgia question to ask the red carpet. Check it out below.
