Amid the current uncertainty surrounding his upcoming live performances since testing positive for COVID-19, singer Ed Sheeran has given fans an at-home 'Tiny Desk' concert to hold them over in the meantime.

Ed is the latest artist to have their schedule affected after testing positive for COVID-19 earlier this week, just days before his fourth studio album = (Equals) is set to hit shelves and streaming services on Friday. This, of course, means Ed and his team would need to quarantine themselves to protect others and take health measures.

But the show must go on. As part of the new record's promotion, Ed invited his band over to his house to play some new songs and an old favorite as part of NPR's 'Tiny Desk' concert series.

Normally a minimal affair, giving fans stripped-down versions of their tracks, Ed broke the mold bringing his entire 15 person band in for the performance. The tracks they played include "Shivers," "Make It Rain," "Overpass Graffiti,” "Visiting Hours,” and "Bad Habits."

When Sheeran announced his positive test on Sunday (Oct. 24), the singer did not say whether or not he had been experiencing any symptoms, nor exactly when he received his positive test. Ed's appearance on Saturday Night Live on November 6 is currently up in the air as producers decide whether or not they want an in-person musical guest, or will allow Ed to perform from a remote location.

While fans await SNL's decision, and the release of = on Friday, Ed has also given all 14 of the album's tracks the teaser treatment on YouTube to get us ready for the big reveal.
