Two GRAMMY-winning artists, an amazing and inspiring group of individuals, and one sweet and soulful song. It’s “Stuck With U,” an epic collaboration from Justin Bieber and Ariana Grande, benefiting the children of first responders and instantly entering our hearts.
This isn’t the first time that Bieber and Grande have come together, but never has it carried quite as much weight, or such an immediate impact. “Stuck With U” seems timeless and treasured from the first listen, spilling over with all the passion and vulnerability of these two – amplified only by its connection to front line heroes in these uncertain times.
“In response to the COVID-19 crisis and to help further bolster relief efforts, all net proceeds from the streams and sales of ‘Stuck with U’ will be donated to First Responders Children’s Foundation,” the pair shared in a statement. “To fund grants and scholarships for children of healthcare workers, emergency medical technicians (EMTs), paramedics, police officers and firefighters serving at the front lines during the global pandemic.”
“That means that by listening, watching, and sharing – you are helping to support families in need.”
To further the connection in this time of social distance, Grande and Bieber invited fans to share footage of themselves dancing to “Stuck With U,” with a huge outpouring of submissions from around the world. Even Tiger King star Carole Baskin got in on the action.
“This is the prom song for everyone who can’t go to prom now,” Justin explained last week. “Help us make this about all of us in quarantine.”
The "Stuck With U" video features fans and friends, including Kendall and Kylie Jenner, Ayesha and Stephen Curry, Chance the Rapper, Lil Dicky, Michael Bublé, Ashton Kutcher and Mila Kunis, Jaden Smith, and Gwyneth Paltrow. Of course Hailey Bieber makes an appearance, but so does Dalton Gomez - the rumored new boyfriend of Grande.
