Kelly Osbourne has taken to social media to dispel headlines about the health of her father Ozzy Osbourne.
Multiple outlets picked up on a story at the start of the year, claiming that the Prince of Darkness was ailing from his back injuries, being forced to skip the holidays and leaving his family unrecognizable as the singer sits on his death bed.
Not true says Kelly, who slammed these reports after spending the day with her father. “Today I had a wonderful start to 2020,” she wrote on her Instagram story according to the New York Post. “I went out to lunch with my family. Then I spent the rest of the day laughing and hanging out with my dad. I come home to read sickening articles about my dad supposedly being on his ‘death bed.’”
“Sometimes the media makes me sick!” she continued. “It’s no secret that my dad has had a rough year when it comes to his health but come the f *** on, this is utter bull****."
Ozzy was definitely a part of the holidays with his family, as son Jack Osbourne posted a picture of him celebrating with his grandchildren.
TMZ also caught Ozzy out and about with his wife Sharon Osbourne, filling up their car with gas on New Year’s Day, as the couple talked about upcoming album plans.
Ozzy Osbourne’s first album since 2010 is called Ordinary Man, and is due out later this month. It features producer Andrew Watt on guitars, Duff McKagan of Guns N' Roses on bass and Chad Smith from the Red Hot Chili Peppers on drums.
Last month Ozzy released his first music video in years, for his song “Under the Graveyard.” The clip documents the hard-partying days of Osbourne in the 1970s and Sharon rescuing the singer from the demons of addiction.
