Today’s “Good Morning America” had a special treat in store for “Bachelorette” fans as the show announced who would be starring in next season’s titular role. Bachelor Nation veteran Clare Crawley will be joining the cast of the 16th season.
Crawley was formerly a contestant on Juan Pablo Galavis’ season 18 of “The Bachelor,” when she famously arrived at the mansion sporting a fake baby bump. Unfortunately, despite their initial chemistry, Crawley did not find love in her first go-round, Good Morning America reports.
When their relationship ultimately hit the rocks, fans everywhere applauded Crawley’s ability to stand up to the “Bachelor,” despite it meaning the end of their relationship.
After her stint on “The Bachelor,” Crawley continued to search for love by appearing on seasons 1 and 2 of “Bachelor in Paradise.” She then returned for “Bachelor Winter Games,” where she initiated a steamy relationship with Canadian “Bachelor” Benoit.
Their relationship ended in an engagement, but when the cameras stopped rolling, they realized a marriage wasn’t actually in the cards for them.
When Crawley’s not making her rounds on various “Bachelor” franchise shows, she enjoys hiking, doing yoga, and spending time with her dogs. Crawley works as a hairstylist.
The upcoming 16th season of “The Bachelorette” will mark Crawley’s fifth time in the “Bachelor” circuit as she continues her quest for love. Crawley reveals now that she’s confident in what the show will hold and what she’s looking for in a partner.
