'Friends' Thanksgiving Episodes Are Coming to Movie Theaters


There’s nothing wrong with celebrating both Thanksgiving and Friendsgiving this year!

This year “Friends” fans will be able to do just that because all the show’s Thanksgiving episodes will be shown in movie theaters.

In honor of the “Friends” 25th anniversary, Fathom Events will be showing eight Thanksgiving-theme episodes, according to People.

Fans will be able to watch the episodes for two days the week at a theater. The screenings begin on November 24 with showings of four episodes in theaters around the United States beginning at 7 p.m.

The remaining four will be played on November 25th at 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

According to Fathom Events, the episode that will be played on November 24 include “The One Where Underdog Gets Away,” “The One With The List,” “The One With The Football,” and “The One With All The Thanksgivings.”

November 25 episodes will be “The One Where Ross Got High,” “The One Where Chandler Doesn’t Like Dogs,” “The One With Rachel’s Other Sister,” and “The One With The Late Thanksgiving.”

According to CNN, the episodes have been newly remastered in 4K resolution will be screened at 700 movie theaters across the country.

The studio has announced they’re launching a “Friends”-themed holiday tour and meal to commemorate the show’s upcoming 25th anniversary that also coincides with Thanksgiving, according to Entertainment Weekly.

Fans can purchase tickets at Fathom Events beginning on November 1.
