Last Friday’s premiere of “Friends: The Reunion” on HBO Max sent fans into a week of nostalgic chatter over the heart-warming special.
And today, cast member Lisa Kudrow joined the discussion, detailing a sweet moment between Matt LeBlanc and Courteney Cox that fans might’ve missed.
The reunion, which featured all six original cast members hanging around a recreation of the original set trading memories also added other fun surprises, like Lady Gaga singing “Smelly Cat” and special guest Tom Selleck.
Yesterday, Lisa Kudrow told E! News’ Daily Pop about one moment that stood out to her specifically. And she may have never noticed it herself had co-star David Schwimmer not pointed it out as they watched it together, like a couple of giggling fans.
Noticing how emotional Cox was getting when she came on to the set, Kudrow later noticed, "Well, Courteney comes in and burst into tears, and I grab a napkin or a tissue -- LeBlanc takes it because he is telling us a story and doesn't want to skip a beat and starts dabbing her eyes, just on automatic."
Co-star Jennifer Aniston shared some behind-the-scenes photos from the special in a heartwarming Instagram post that sent fans into a frenzy.
“Friends: The Reunion” special is still available to stream at HBO Max. Lisa Kudrow’s current show, “Feel Good,” returns to Netflix tomorrow, June 4, for its second season.
