A real estate listing for the mansion featured on "Schitt's Creek" will make you say "ooo" instead of "eww."

According to The New York Post, the Rose family mansion is for sale!

Fans of the award-winning sitcom will recognize "La Belle Maison" as the property inhabited by the Rose's prior to getting evicted and forced to live in the Rosebud Motel in the first episode.

And it could be yours if you have a spare $15 million lying around.

The 24,000 square foot mansion is located in Ontario, Canada. It was re-listed on January 27, but it's been on-and-off the market for several years.

It boasts 12 bedrooms, 16 bathrooms, a home theater, a wine cellar, a billiard room, a fitness gym, and both indoor and outdoor swimming pools. And that's just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to the amenities included.

The three-story home also has marble stairs, balustrade balconies and "carved limestone and frescoes inspired by the Sistine Chapel."

The property is so big that the listing even states that the lower level is suited for "banquet gatherings or private weddings."
