One week removed from making her pop-punk debut with Travis Barker on "Transparent Soul," Willow Smith is continuing to dip her toes into the rock scene. This week she reunited her mother Jada's metal band, Wicked Wisdom, on the family's popular Red Table Talk show and performed with them as a special surprise ahead of Mother's Day.

Willow joined them to perform the track "Bleed All Over Me" from the band's 2006 self-titled album. She had previously mentioned her mother's influence on her new rock direction, along with bands like blink-182My Chemical Romance, and singer Avril Lavigne. "Just hearing my mom sing that music and the energy that I experienced when she was on stage and that whole vibe, it was just so intoxicating to me," she says, "but I felt like I could never do it. I felt like my voice wasn't made in that way."

Her next studio release is expected to be released this summer.
