Peeps is embracing the spring season with a collection that extends far beyond tasty treats.
There are already Peeps-inspired crocs (cute and comfy footwear, who can complain?) and a Peeps Build-A-Bear collection, but now, you can elevate your look with the Peeps-inspired makeup collection.
The company behind the beloved marshmallows shaped like chicks and bunnies has teamed up with HipDot, a makeup company.
The six-shade Peeps Eyeshadow Palette comes in a mix of pastel and bright colors with matte, shimmer and glitter finishes.
The colors have festive names like “Bunny,” “Cute” and “Sugar-coated.”
The palette can be purchased at Ulta for $16.
However, every makeup lover knows that your look isn’t complete without a decent sponge set.
The Ulta and HipDot set features sponges comes with four egg-shaped sponges in various Peeps colors. They’re even packaged similarly to the iconic candy.
Per the description, the sponges are “super-soft, made with latex-free foam” that allows for seamless blending.
The sponge set is available at Ulta for $24.
If you don’t have an Ulta nearby, you can get the whole collection at HipDot for $40!
According to the press release on Fox News, the collection is completely vegan and cruelty-free. The products are also free of parabens, talc, mineral oil, phthalates and "other harmful ingredients.”
"When you think of the Spring season, you think of all things flowers, Easter and, of course Peeps Chicks and Bunnies," Jeff Sellinger, HipDot’s CEO, said in a statement. "With the Peeps Brand making its triumphant return to store shelves this Easter, we wanted to offer fans a way to enjoy this sweet seasonal staple, year-round."
Not only can you indulge in your favorite treats this season, but the makeup products make a great addition to Easter baskets!
This isn’t the first food and makeup collaboration this season, however.
Chipotle recently joined forces with e.l.f. cosmetics to launch a cruelty-free and vegan makeup line inspired by ingredients such as guacamole, corn salsa, sofritas, white rice, and pinto beans, among others.
There are four products in the collection including a 12-piece eyeshadow palette for $16, which also comes with a coupon for a free order of chips & guac at participating Chipotle restaurants. The line also features an $8 lip-plumping gloss in the perfect shade of red salsa, a $10 Extra Guac Face Sponge Set, and a makeup bag designed to look like the chain’s brown tortilla chip bag for $18.
