Canelo's a very gregarious boy who can't get enough attention from people. And he won't be shy about asking for it either. He's got so much heart - now he just needs someone to give all his love and affection back.
His ideal person would be comfortable with showing attention and kindness to him but is also ready to calm him down when it all gets to be too much. He might now want to be around small kids - not barbecue he doesn't like them, nut because he's guaranteed to knock them over with his size and enthusiasm.
We recommend that Canelo goes to an only-dog household. He's less sure of what he wants from other canines, and having both people and dogs around might be a but too much for him. Come down to our shelter to meet him - and make sure you bring your A-game!
