MEET CARLOS! Affectionately known as Carlito or Dude, Carlos is the best boy in the land! This sweet fellow was rescued by our humane law enforcement team almost 3 years ago, and boy has he been through the ringer!
He has the sweetest, most soulful eyes and is the goofiest boy around. To put it plainly, Carlos needs some help being a dog. This goofy guy never had the opportunity to learn how to live in a home, and has been working hard on his "dogging" skills in foster care, but what he REALLY needs is a forever home to take him all the way!
