This week on Bennett's Buddies with the PSPCA, meet Kodi!
Meet Kodi, an 8-year-old majestic German shepherd who weighs a bit over 100lbs - he is a BIG BOY. Shepherds are ranked among the top three most intelligent dog breeds picking up commands very quickly and loving to have a job to do. They often excel at obedience training and complex tasks. They are devoted and loyal to their owners.
Kodi is smart, totally housetrained and walks well on leash once he is away from the noisy kennel. He would do best as an only dog in the home and would love a nice fenced in yard to patrol and romp around in! His ideal owner should have German Shepherd or previous large breed experience.
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared to the PSPCA's Main Line Animals Rescue location --bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history. MLAR is open daily 11-5pm.
