Shadow takes some time to warm up to new people, but once he chooses you as part of his circle, you'll feel like a million bucks. He'll also run around like a fool with you, so you won't be alone if you've got some extra energy to burn off! He's still learning to be comfortable with getting pet or touched, but he shows his affection in other ways. Two famous moves are the approach and face sniff, and the 'throw the rope' plea - meaning he throws the rope at you and hopes you get the hint!
