This week on Bennett's Buddies with the PSPCA, meet Lady!
Lady truly has the best smile! Her happy personality shines wherever she goes. Whether she's making new friends, soaking up attention, or showing off her signature playful "pop" when she's excited!
If you are interested in adopting, please come prepared-- bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home, including resident dogs with vaccination history. The PSPCA is open daily from 10:30am- 5:30pm.
Inspired by the world's biggest soccer tournament, Morgan's Pier, Tito's Handmade Vodka, and the PSPCA are teaming up for the inaugural World Pup, a World Cup-inspired fundraiser benefiting animals in need throughout the Philadelphia region. From 5 PM to 8 PM, a special soccer-themed play area will take over a section of the waterfront, giving four-legged athletes the chance to score goals, chase soccer balls, and prove they're ready for the big stage. Pups can enjoy treats, pup cups, photo opportunities, giveaways, and plenty of opportunities to earn MVP honors. A special "Ruff-eree" will be on hand to keep the action moving while DJ Frank Nitty provides the soundtrack for the evening. The fun isn't limited to the dogs. Tito's Handmade Vodka will be pouring World Pup themed cocktail samples. Tito's will be donating $1 to the PSPCA for every Tito's cocktail served during the event. Every drink helps support the organization's mission of protecting animals and helping pets find loving homes.
