This week on Bennett's Buddies with the PSPCA, meet Sunset!
After being rescued by the PSPCA's Animal Law Enforcement team in rough shape, Sunset is finally getting the chance to leave her past behind and start fresh. These days, she's focused on all the things that make life good: tasty treats, cozy cuddles, and kind people.
Sunset can be a little shy when meeting new people, but give her a little time (and maybe a few snacks) and you'll quickly win her over. Food is absolutely the way to her heart, and once she trusts you, she's an affectionate, cuddly girl who loves nothing more than curling up with her favorite people.
She's looking for a patient family that will let her settle in at her own pace and continue building her confidence. Sunset is open to meeting savvy kids who can respect her space while she gets comfortable, and she'd also be happy to meet other dogs.If you are interested in adopting, stop by the PSPCA's shelter any day between 12-6:30pm. Please come prepared - bring a photo ID, proof of address, and everyone in the home including resident dogs with vaccination history.
