No Toll Friday Courtesy of Chickie’s & Pete’s (may 23, 5PM - 6PM)
Philadelphia's favorite Memorial Day Weekend tradition is back! Free Toll Friday returns to the Atlantic City Expressway. This Friday, Chickie's and Pete's will PAY FOR ALL THE TOLLS for cars travelling Eastbound through the Egg Harbor Exit during Rush Hour, from 5:00pm to 6:00pm.
Earlier that afternoon, Chickie's and Pete's countdown with family fun from 10:00am to 3:00pm at Farley Plaza - including complimentary orders of their world famous Crabfries®. There will also an outdoor celebration with a car show, 70+ vendors and community groups, Funny Farm rescue sanctuary, New Jersey State Police K9 dog team, Atlantic City International Airport Fire and Rescue Equipment, and dozens of other organizations.

It’s the unofficial start of summer, and the ball drops at Resorts Casino in AC at noon Friday to open the beach! Start the summer season in style with live entertainment on the boardwalk from 12 – 5:00 p.m. on Friday, May 23.
ocean city beach opens (may 23, 12PM)
The official “Unlocking of the Ocean” will take place at noon on Friday, May 23, on the beach at Ninth Street. Ocean City officials will turn a ceremonial wooden key to “unlock the ocean” to celebrate the arrival of the summer tourism season.
wildwood farmer's market opens (may 24, 12PM)
Wildwood's Downtown Farmers Market is starting its season on Saturday, May 24th, and a Boardwalk Craft Show will be held on Sunday, May 25th. The Downtown Wildwood Farmers Market will take place every Saturday from 8AM-12:30PM at Byrne Plaza and surrounding areas, featuring over 70 vendors with fresh farm goods, produce, baked goods, specialty foods, drinks, and more through Labor Day Weekend.
cape may music festival (may 25, 7PM)
Now celebrating its 36th year, the annual Cape May Music Festival presented by Cape May MAC returns to this seaside resort with an engaging variety of musical concerts that launch on Memorial Day weekend. There are 14 classical, chamber, jazz, funk and brass band musical performances, some free to attend, from May 25-June 28.
