Anticipation is high as the release of Adele’s next studio album, 30, nears its release date of November 19.
The project is highly personal for the British songstress as she’s revealed her inspiration for making it was an attempt to answer questions about her divorce from Simon Konecki for her eight-year-old son, Angelo. While the album is about some of the toughest times of her life, things seem to be looking up for the 33-year-old who is now in a new relationship.

Adele went Instagram official with her new man, Rich Paul, in September and recently opened up about how the two met and the struggles she faced in the dating world before settling down.
According to a new interview with Rolling Stone, Adele says she met Paul years ago at a friend’s birthday party. Her first memories with the NBA agent were dancing to Drake songs on the dance floor. Meeting Paul was a welcomed surprise for Adele, who had struggled with the dating scene in Los Angeles and had no faith in being set up.
“I lasted five seconds [dating in LA],” she quipped. “You can’t set me up on a f**king blind date! I’m like, ‘How’s that going to work?’ There’ll be paparazzi outside and someone will call Deuxmoi [gossip site], or whatever it’s f**king called! It ain’t happening.”
After meeting Paul, the “Rolling In The Deep” singer admits she kept it a secret, even from friends in an effort to keep some privacy.
"I didn’t really tell many of my friends at the beginning because I wanted to keep it to myself," she admitted. ”None of them believed it!"
Less than a week away form the big release of her album, Adele is scheduled to give fans an early taste of the music to come with a CBS special, Adele One Night Only, airing November 14. The special will feature a concert performance by Adele as well as an exclusive interview with Oprah Winfrey.
Tune in to watch the special on CBS November 14 at 8:30PM ET and 8PM PT or stream it live or on-demand on Paramount+.
