Jason Derulo, the man who loves to sing his name every chance he gets, rightfully passed his name down to his firstborn. He and girlfriend, Jena Frumes, welcomed their son into the world on May 8.

Most new parents don't immediately rush to making their newborn an Instagram page, so these new parents took some time to bond with their little one before announcing his arrival to the world. Frumes wrote on Instagram, "A glimpse of my first week with our healthy handsome little king. Life now has so much more meaning & I am so grateful. I’m so so so in love with this little boy he’s everything I never knew I needed. 05/08/2021. I love you forever @jasonderulo"
The photo dump included images hiding the face of the newest Derulo and showcasing Frumes' quick snapback, which she credited to "eating right & drinking plenty of fluids."
Derulo posted a video montage of the intimate moments leading up to the birth, along with a touching skin-to-skin moment post-delivery. He captioned the compilation expressing, "the happiest day of my life bringing our baby boy (Jason King Derulo) home. He’s so lucky to have such a strong caring hero of a mother @jenafrumes"
This is the first child for both Frumes and Derulo. We're just shocked the singer didn't name him King Jason Derulo. When the couple asked fans for suggestions, that was definitely our pick.
