The retooled 76ers are reportedly getting some more help.

ESPN’s Adrian Wojnarowski reports that Philadelphia is the expected landing spot for center DeAndre Jordan, who was waived by the Lakers on Tuesday. The move satisfies the Sixers’ desire of adding another backup center to the fold, giving Doc Rivers more frontcourt depth.

The 33-year-old Jordan was one of the most efficient scorers in his prime, leading the league in field goal percentage for five straight seasons with the Clippers between 2012 and 2017, but age and injuries have held back the former All-Star in recent seasons. After signing with the Nets alongside Kevin Durant and Kyrie Irving, Jordan played in 113 games with Brooklyn, averaging 7.9 points and 8.7 rebounds per game. He was then traded to the Pistons before being waived, and signed on with the Lakers back in September.

In 32 games this season, Jordan has averaged 4.1 points and 5.4 rebounds per game, while shooting 67 percent from the floor on an average of 2.8 attempts.
