Jason Kelce surprise called the 94WIP Midday Show to promote the Eagles radiothon and he spoke about retirement.
“It’s been fun, it’s a lot going on," Kelce told Hugh Douglas and Joe Giglio when asked about retirement. "It’s different. Obviously you miss the game, you miss being around the guys. I’m around the locker room a lot...I'm kind of easing into this retirement thing...I'm very much keeping busy."
Kelce talked about his difficult transition from All-Pro center to retirement TV analyst and says he will be around to help the Eagles' players and offer advice whenever needed.
"I will offer my expertise or frame of reference if people are open or want it," Kelce said. "I'll be in [the building] during the season. For me, I would love to be able to help guys out. But also, I'm going to stay in my lane."
