LOS ANGELES (KNX) — You won't complain about not having enough closet space in this house. A home nicknamed "The One" just hit the market in Bel Air, California for a whopping $295 million.
For comparison, Amazon founder Jeff Bezos paid $165 million for his Beverly Hills estate in 2020. This Bel Air palace was expected to be listed for more than $500 million — but construction was delayed and the developer ran into financial issues.

This $295 million mega-mansion boasts panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, Downtown Los Angeles, and the San Gabriel Mountains and measures a jaw-dropping 105,000 square feet. That's almost twice as big as the White House.
It has 21 bedrooms, 49 bathrooms, five outdoor and indoor swimming pools, a 10,000 square foot sky deck, a private indoor running track. But for the less easily impressed homebuyer, there's a four-lane bowling alley, a 10,000-bottle wine cellar, and a garage with enough capacity for 30 cars.
