While we all have a favorite condiment that we simply cannot live without, Heinz has been working hard to revolutionize condiment flavors since 2018.
And now, they’re back with another condiment mash-up that’s sure to delight your taste-buds.
From the legends that gave us the ingenious Mayochup (mayonnaise and ketchup) and Mayocue (mayonnaise and barbecue) combinations two-years ago comes a new pantry staple that will take your hot dogs, burgers, pizza, eggs, fries, and really, anything, to the next level.
Heinz revealed that their latest offering is HoneyRacha.
They describe the flavor as the “perfect marriage of sweet and spicy” as it blends honey with sriracha, a type of hot sauce or chili sauce made from a paste of chili peppers, distilled vinegar, garlic, sugar, and salt.
In fact, they’re so confident in HoneyRacha that they’re bringing it to the big game!
According to the press release, “HEINZ is bringing the sauce to Super Bowl LIV” where HoneyRacha will make its debut in a 30-second commercial.
The ad, which was teased on Twitter, will appear in the games second quarter, fourth commercial break.
It was created in partnership with director Roman Coppola (known for his work on the TV series “Mozart in the Jungle"), who is also a self-proclaimed Heinz condiment lover.
HoneyRacha sounds like the perfect condiment for almost any meal, so we have no doubt it’ll live up to the hype.
Unfortunately, foodies will have to wait until the Spring of 2020 to give it a try.
Keep your eyes peeled to grocery store shelves, though. Maybe if you’re lucky, you’ll be the first to snag it and give it a good old fashioned taste test.
