Kamala Harris' stepdaughter Ella Emhoff celebrates college graduation in stunning patterned gown

Kamala Harris is one proud stepmother.

The vice president celebrated her stepdaughter Ella Emhoff’s college graduation from the New School’s Parsons School of Design.

On Instagram, Harris posted a sweet photo of her and her stepdaughter standing next to each other with their arms around each other’s shoulders.

Harris shared a heartwarming note to her loved one, writing, “Congratulations to our daughter Ella on her graduation.”

“I am so proud of you,” the caption continued. “Keep dreaming with ambition and there is nothing you cannot achieve. Love, Momala.”

In the picture, Emhoff stunned in a sophisticated floral dress by The Vampire’s Wife, Vogue reported. The dress featured puffy shoulders, extending into wide sleeves.

Douglas Emhoff, the Second Gentleman, also celebrated his daughter by sharing a picture of Ella on social media, smiling as his daughter wore her cap and gown.

“My darling Ella, we are such proud parents!” he tweeted. “We love you so much, and are very much looking forward to all you do in the future. And, to the other Class of 2021 graduates out there, huge congratulations!”

Ella’s mother, Kerstin Emhoff, marked the occasion by posting a picture of her daughter on social media. Along with her message, the mother-of-two shared a picture of her, her ex-husband and daughter all together.

On Twitter, she wrote, “So proud of our Parson’s grad! Way to go Ella! 🎓🤩❤️ @ella_emhoff @SecondGentleman @DouglasEmhoff.”

She captioned the Instagram photo, “Our baby girl Ella. Now a Parson’s School graduate! So proud. 🎓❤️.”

The 21-year-old was a student at the Parsons School of Design, where she had been studying fine arts with a specialty in textiles. She is known for her funky style and affinity for colorful knitwear, and was recently signed as a model by IMG.
