NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Rudy Giuliani has tested positive for the "China Virus," President Trump said Sunday afternoon, a presumed reference to COVID-19.

".@RudyGiuliani, by far the greatest mayor in the history of NYC, and who has been working tirelessly exposing the most corrupt election (by far!) in the history of the USA, has tested positive for the China Virus. Get better soon Rudy, we will carry on!!!," Trump tweeted.

Giuliani, the former New York City mayor, has been Trump's personal attorney for the past several years, most recently challenging the 2020 Election results on the president's behalf.

Giuliani’s diagnosis comes a little over two weeks after his son, Andrew Giuliani, a special assistant to Trump, tested positive for the virus.
