Walmart, Sam's Club now offering walk-in COVID-19 vaccinations

Walk-ins accepted, but appointments suggested

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Walmart and Sam’s Club are now offering coronavirus vaccinations to its customers and associates at all of their more than 5,100 pharmacy locations nationwide, across 49 states.

Vaccines are being administered via both walk-up and pre-scheduled appointments.

Walmart and Sam’s Club have partnered with national and local non-profits, community partners and faith-based organizations to bring community vaccine events to residents. Including the Está En Tus Manos event designed to reach members of the Latinx community in the Las Vegas area.

All Walmart and Sam’s Club pharmacy locations nationwide are now accepting walk-in vaccine appointments, as supply allows, in addition to pre-scheduled appointments.

“Now that supply and eligibility have expanded, it’s even more important for us to reach underserved and vulnerable populations to ensure equitable distribution of the COVID-19 vaccine,” Dr. Cheryl Pegus, executive vice president, Health & Wellness, said in a press release.

“Widespread vaccination is the only way we will eventually end the pandemic and help our country reopen, and we don’t want anyone to get left behind as we enter this new chapter in our fight against COVID-19.”

Customers who schedule an appointment in advance can complete pre-vaccination paperwork ahead of time, if interested. Appointments can be made at and

Walmart Pharmacies are open seven days a week (Sam’s Club pharmacies are closed on Sunday), and are administering the authorized J&J, Pfizer and Moderna vaccines. Individuals are not required to be a member to receive the COVID-19 vaccine at Sam’s Club.
