After being catcalled by an 8-year-old boy at the park, 4-year-old Delilah was not happy at all. She borrowed her mom's phone to deliver a quick message from her car seat. She spoke her mind about how boys should speak to girls and catcalling. She said saying "meow meow" is not going to work.
