New York State Court Sgt. Jessica Hernandez took the steps of the courthouse at 60 Centre Street in Foley Square and belted out a beautiful rendition of the Star-Spangled Banner. Since the city is so quiet due to the quarantine, her singing could be heard echoing through the streets.
