Every night at 7 PM, NYC shows appreciation for our healthcare heroes and frontline workers. Cheers, claps, and even air horns can be heard ringing out from apartment windows and the streets.
NYPD Pipes and Drums Band took part in the 7 PM salute earlier this week with a special performance outside Memorial Sloan Kettering in the city. One band member has a daughter who works there as a nurse.
