Shania Twain took to socials to share exciting news with fans!
She has signed on to executive produce an original series based on the #1 New York Times best-selling Heart of Texas novels. She will be super busy with the project because now only is she producing the show, she'll be contributing original songs as well!
"There are some parallels in the story to my own story — a young family carrying on after the parents die, and the female main character having all this responsibility. I was thinking this sounds so much like my own life. And I'm drawn to horses and the whole lifestyle of living outside the city, where family is everything. It really spoke to me."
The Heart of Texas novels were written by Debbie Macomber. More than 200 million copies of her books have been sold worldwide.
