A woman in North Carolina named Ruth Bryant wanted to go to JAIL for her 100th birthday. So cops showed up at her assisted living center and pretended to arrest her in front of her friends. They claimed she flashed a bunch of firemen, and that's why they were arresting her. She even got her mugshot taken.
