Everyone -- even famous movie stars -- usually have an embarrassing moment or 10 from their youth that will eventually be brought up again.
And as superstar Ben Affleck detailed during a recent appearance on “The Kelly Clarkson Show” appearance, he is no different.

In a funny exchange, reported by Yahoo! Entertainment, "The Tender Bar” actor admitted he and BFF Matt Damon once tried breakdancing as a way to drum up some cash on the Boston subway.
And they pulled out the nylon track suits for it too.
After Clarkson shocked Affleck with the question about his breakdancing past, he begrudgingly went into it. But not before insisting that it was all Damon’s idea.
"We had some nylon Puma suits, uh, Nike suits," said the man who would become Batman. "Then, the track suits, they were just one thin, like, nylon sheet, you know? But that was cool. And we wore them, you know, and that was what was going on, and we wanted to be cool, and so we learned how to breakdance."
From there, Damon wanted to go entrepreneur with his idea, as Affleck explained. “And then Matt was like, 'If you just get some linoleum and put it down at the subway, we could do some of our moves, you know? And, like, put out a hat."
The two youngins had their breakin’ knowledge down, if not the actual moves. “But, yes, there was a lot of popping and locking and back spinning, but Matt tried to do the Windmill, which he never quite mastered. I could get the Back Spin and the Kick Worm."
He concluded, "If you asked me to do that now, you'd end up in a lawsuit, because I'd cripple myself immediately."
Saving face on a dime, "The Last Duel" star said to Clarkson, "Well, there are certain people in my life who dance for a living, who often like to make sport of my dancing. I have my own spirit and my own energy. I'm very proud of it."
He’s one of the biggest stars in Hollywood, and that “certain” person is his girlfriend, Jennifer Lopez. So yeah, embarrassment averted.
Still chuckling at the idea of young Ben and Matt rolling around on a subway floor, Clarkson asked if they at least made any money from the venture.
"Well, I won't say anybody put quarters in the cup," Affleck admitted. "I think they walked by with pity and astonishment: 'Wow, you don't see that much.'"
