Candace Cameron Bure doesn’t mind who her kids date, but she has an important rule.
In an interview with US Weekly, the “Fuller House” star shared the one trait that she hopes her children’s future partners have.
“When it comes down to it, I just want (their significant others) to love Jesus the way I love Jesus,” she said. “That’s all I really want. Is that too much to ask for? Yeah. It’s not too much.”
Bure shares her three children, Natasha, 22, Lev, 21, and Maksim, 19, with her husband, Valeri Bure.
While the mother-of-three shares details about her children, she also gives fans a glimpse into her love life.
Genuine relationships don’t always have happily ever afters, but Candace Cameron Bure knows how to keep her marriage “spicy.”
Ahead of her 25th wedding anniversary in June, the star said that intimacy is one of their secrets for keeping the spark alive.
“I think it’s important. You’ve got to keep it up. The longer you’re married it’s so easy to take each other for granted. You know each other so well that you forget, so you have to keep it spicy,” Cameron Bure said. “I love that. My husband and I do.”
She explained that this was the reason that she and her husband were celebrating 25 years of marriage.
“Just do something unexpected,” she added. “Maybe lay in a way you don’t normally lay. He’ll be like ‘woah.’ You’ll surprise him!”
