Harold Perrineau returns for another thrilling season of 'FROM.' In season 4, the closer the residents of town get to the answers they seek, the more terrifying their search becomes. One of the unanswered questions is how much longer can Boyd hold the town together, even as his body and mind are falling apart? Harold, who you may know from movies such as 'The Best Man,' 'Romeo & Juliet,' and 'The Rookie,' joined Audacy for a Romeo 'International Conversation' to share his thoughts on the growth of his character, the cast, and what it was like in front and behind the camera of season 4 of 'FROM.'
How do you creatively say we are going to send the individual character on their own path and make it all come together in the end?
"One, as one of the producers of the show, I recognize all the jobs that all the other producers do. I know what my job is as an actor. I let them write the story, however you're going to do, because then when I come in, like the audience, and I am able to, to create the same feeling that they have. The other part is we live in a world where people like to profess, like they're the one who's going to save it all, but at the end of the day, it really does take all of us to do it. My character Boyd is not the answer to the whole thing. We all are the answer to the whole thing, period, end of story. You have a whole entire cast of characters and without any one of those pieces, we won't be able to figure this out. At least that's what I think."
