CBS Military Analyst: 'A pretty dynamic past couple of days' for US & Iran

Col Jeff McCausland, CBS News Military Analyst, joins Megan Lynch as a new proposal is on the table to end the conflict between the US and Iran. McCausland says it was 'a little shocking to me,' that military & Trump Administration leaders were 'surprised' that the Strait of Hormuz would be closed by Iran, since it had been done before.
