El Nino predicted for this year

AccuWeather meteorologist Alex Duffus joins Megan Lynch. He says conditions are present for an El Nino weather patter this summer, pointing out warmer than normal ocean temperatures. He also says there is a '70% chance' that we could see a 'Super El Nino' this winter.
